HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

We are a small business at present. We are working on a limited inventory. As soon as we receive a request for your order or pre-order, we start the preparation for a smooth delivery. If the product is in our stock at our warehouse, we expedite the delivery within 24-48 hours. Since most of our items are handcrafted, it can increase the shipping time if the product is not in the stock at the time of purchase. We are committed to a minimum of 5 days to a maximum of 15 days for delivery of your purchase. If it is taking longer than that, then rest assured we are having a bigger problem than you and are maybe going crazy behind the scenes.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Registered Customer: Log on to our website with your registered email Id Click on your profile and go to My Orders Click on the Order Details section to get the information on the Tracking Company, Tracking Number and Tracking Link Guest Users: If you shopped as a guest, enter your order number and email address in the link below for the status:

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

We are avid online shoppers ourselves and hold a lot of experience of returning products. Change of heart happens all the time. Email us your concerns and questions and we will do everything we can to help you. But do assess if the product that you return is saleable for us again or not. We won’t be able to sell a used product and that would just hurt our little entrepreneur hearts a lot.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT?"

That is also the worst fear of a small business owner. However, please update us within 2 days of receiving the damaged/ defective product with photographs on contactus@abelhouse.in.  We will do our best to replace the product/issue a credit note/initiate a refund depending on the situation. A delay beyond 2 days of receiving the package will make things a bit difficult as stock runs out pretty fast for a small business.

WHAT IF MY PAYMENT FAILED/MONEY GOT DEBITED/DIDN’T RECEIVE PAYMENT CONFIRMATION?

Please share your email id and the exact amount charged to us at contactus@abelhouse.in so that we can quickly check at the payment gateway and inform you accordingly. Share screenshots if the amount got debited. Promise we don’t like double charging!
