We are a small business at present. We are working on a limited inventory. As soon as we receive a request for your order or pre-order, we start the preparation for a smooth delivery. If the product is in our stock at our warehouse, we expedite the delivery within 24-48 hours. Since most of our items are handcrafted, it can increase the shipping time if the product is not in the stock at the time of purchase. We are committed to a minimum of 5 days to a maximum of 15 days for delivery of your purchase. If it is taking longer than that, then rest assured we are having a bigger problem than you and are maybe going crazy behind the scenes.

Click on the Order Details section to get the information on the Tracking Company, Tracking Number and Tracking Link

We are avid online shoppers ourselves and hold a lot of experience of returning products. Change of heart happens all the time. Email us your concerns and questions and we will do everything we can to help you. But do assess if the product that you return is saleable for us again or not. We won’t be able to sell a used product and that would just hurt our little entrepreneur hearts a lot.
